Everyone wants a comfortable home, a good job and a healthy life to enjoy with family and friends.

People who get a raw deal often lose health, happiness and hope, and Well North recognises that people and places can change for the better, that local people are the solution – not the problem and that doing things with rather than to people is a recipe for success.
Creating better health and wellbeing is all about being part of a vibrant and connected community and living in a pleasant environment. Well North links people who share this vision to transform neighbourhoods into dynamic communities where local people can live, work and thrive. Backing community entrepreneurs, growing and cooking healthy food, tackling social isolation and boosting education opportunities are just some of the ways the Well North movement is improving the health in their ten Pathfinder communities across the North of England.
Well Sefton is one of those pathfinder communities and SAFE is proud to be a key driver of the Well Sefton programme

As part of the Well Sefton programme, we have been working with local artist Stella Lang and support organisation Merseycare, to enable people to transform local station underpasses from dark, unwelcoming places to community works of art.
